Similarly, MASSE helps you route around the traditional hiring process by using AI to find and approach companies that match your unique background, before jobs are even posted.
How does it work? ▼
Upload your resume, tell us what titles you're targeting, and add any extra context (like preferred location or industries). Claude AI analyzes your background and generates a personalized list of ~50 companies. You pick up to 25 to track, then use the Dashboard to monitor your pipeline, MUSE to generate personalized outreach, and COMPASS for weekly intelligence briefs with live web search.
What do I need to get started? ▼
Just a resume (PDF, DOCX, or TXT) and about two minutes. The onboarding wizard walks you through everything. You'll upload your resume, select target job titles, and let the AI generate your personalized company list.
Is my data secure? ▼
Yes. MASSE uses Supabase for authentication with encrypted connections. Your resume text and profile data are stored securely and never shared with third parties. AI processing happens through Anthropic's API, which does not train on user data.

MASSE is powered by Claude, Anthropic's frontier AI model. Claude generates your company matches, drafts personalized outreach messages, and produces weekly intelligence briefs using live web search. The model used is Claude Sonnet, optimized for speed and quality.

MASSE is currently in invite-only beta and free for all beta users. You'll need an invite code to create an account. Each user has a daily and monthly token budget to ensure fair usage during the beta period.
